I posted last week about the Elf4Health Challenge that I’ve undertaken. It’s a really program with daily tasks to stay focused and motivated to live positively through the holidays. Between that, the Holiday Booty Buster Challenge, and Marathon Training, I knew I was bound to stay on board! I mean, how could I not? Sense the foreshadow?
Granted, it’s only been a few days, but the last three days I fell off the wagon a little bit, and this is my reminder to stay on board and focused to stay on the ball with the challenges. The running is happening without fail, but the cross-training and healthy eating got lost in the holiday shuffle for the last few days…
Saturday morning I ran 13 miles for my Marathon Training, but the weekend challenge for Elf4Health was to clean out my closet and donate to Goodwill. I have so much to donate, but I didn’t get my act together! Between baking and cookie swapping and running I didn’t make time. But you see? I said I didn’t make time. I know I could have. So that’s one that I need to makeup!
And if you want to sign up you can! They’re repairing elves this coming weekend and everyone starts again! The challenge lasts for six weeks, so there are still a lot of great challenges out there! Just click the button above.
Are you trying to stay healthy for the holidays?
Or do you really indulge and enjoy this time of year and worry about the damage (if any) when the new year comes?
Which of the above challenges would be the easiest for you?
