I’m a loser. Not the biggest loser, but a loser nonetheless.
I am down 3 pounds, or 1.83%!
If you remember last week I mentioned that I had been dieting and working out for two weeks prior, so technically this is my third week but my first real weight loss! I’m super pumped to see some results!
Here’s how I did it:
1. Drink, Drink, Drink! I drank so much water each day, and I know that really helped.
2. I ran with the Couch to 5k program 5 days and worked out with Jillian’s Shred 3 days.
3. I’ve been using MyFitnessPal to track calories, and I’ve been eating 1200 calories per day. I normally eat some or all of my workout calories, as I got some feedback last week that not eating enough can also be a problem.
4. I’ve been eating healthier foods. I fill up on fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meats. I’ve cut out artificial sweeteners, processed foods for the most part, and sodas altogether.
